Chef Tummy has been studying Thai cooking in Thailand since 2004, including a 6,002 mile/9,680 kilometer motorcycle trip from the bottom to the top and side to side in the country to learn traditional Thai cooking from the real experts—the “Aunties” and “Grandmothers” who make authentic Thai food.

Thai Cooking School Koh Phangan

Chef Tummy has opened a Thai cooking school with his long time mentor, Mr. Aow, at the Haadlad Prestige Resort & Spa on the Southern Thai Island of Koh Phangan. The School features traditional Thai recipes learned by Chef Tummy during his “Tummy Thailand Tasting Trek”, as well as recipes from the Aow family cookbook.
